What you’ll need:

• A flexible measuring tape OR a strip of paper/string
• A ruler (if using paper/string)
• A pen or marker📏 

Step 1: Wrap the measuring tool

Wrap the measuring tape, string, or paper strip snugly around your wrist — just below the wrist bone (where a bracelet would sit).

Step 2: Mark the spot

If using string or paper, use a pen to mark where it overlaps.

Step 3: Measure the length

Lay the marked string or paper flat next to a ruler and note the length in inches or centimeters.

This is your wrist size.
